Conversion Kit

Transform your 775 AM into the ultimate travel companion. Designed for allterrain capability, the conversion kit allows for commuting, long-distance touring, and light off-road use. While capable on single tracks and dirt roads,
it is not intended for jumps or extreme downhill riding. Note: Handling changes with a loaded bike—adjust your speed and style accordingly.

Fenders & Rack

Bonnell custom-designed aluminum rack, crafted from 6061T6, supports up to 66lb (30kg) with a low center of gravity for enhanced stability. Designed for the 775’s long chainstay setting, it maintains full rear suspension travel without restrictions. Not passenger-rated and exclusive to the 775 AM model.

Fenders: Custom aluminum fenders 3.25″ (83mm) offer full tire coverage for exceptional water deection. Compatible with up to 2.5” tires (model dependent). Rear fender integrates structurally with the rack for added durability. Front fender ts Suntour Durolux 36/38 forks (2025 model). Built for on-road and light off-road conditions.

Bags

Bonnell’s waterproof touring bags feature a quick-connect system for toolfree attachment to the rack. Built with a roll-top closure (no zippers), they’re designed for maximum durability. Ideal for daily commutes, groceries, or multi-day trips, each bag offers 25L capacity, a laptop sleeve, mesh organizer pocket, elastic exterior straps, and reective patches for visibility. Includes a removable shoulder strap.

Tires

Maxxis Metropass AT tires redefine all-terrain performance with tubeless readiness, fast-rolling tread, and a four-season rubber compound for all-weather grip. Built with a puncture-proof insert and reflective sidewalls for enhanced safety.
