Installation Guide

Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 5–10 minutes
Tools Needed: Allen key set, flathead screwdriver

Loosen the caliper bolts so the caliper can shift slightly.
Remove the pad pin/bolt and slide out old pads and spring.
Use a flathead to fully press pistons back into the caliper.
Insert new pads and spring, then reinstall pad pin.
Recenter the caliper on the rotor and tighten bolts evenly.
Pump the brake lever to seat pads against the rotor.
Bed pads in with 20–30 smooth stops from low to moderate speed.

Torque Notes: Tighten caliper bolts and pad pin to manufacturer spec.
Safety: Keep pad faces/rotor clean and avoid touching friction surfaces. Test at low speeds before riding hard.
